Back-up support AFTER the training
There are, unfortunately, a number of training companies out there who will take your money, sell you lots of goodies, and wave goodbye.
I am always available once the training itself has finished, and that goes for both the personal and DVD-based training courses.
Many of those who have already trained with me send emails with details and photos of those people who are not so easy to analyse, or just to check that they are on the right track, and I just love to offer my help.

All our courses include a comprehensive course manual which includes all the theory, notes, suggestions, look-up tables, examples, etc. for your training needs.

For some trainees I may follow the manual closely and cover everything almost page by page if that is what I think is needed. For others, I may skip over sections of the manual and discuss additional subjects in detail, as required. Plus, I may even add additional customised content writing additional pages of notes after the training has been completed specifically for you. In short (as Mr. Micawber used to say), I offer personalised training, customised to your specific business needs.
